I did a survey a couple years ago on my blog:
- What was your favorite children’s book?
- What was your favorite adult book?
- Who was your favorite book character/person?
I obtained responses from either over the internet or in-person. I wanted to share those original results again:

I hope you enjoyed this list! Was your favorite on it?
I might try this again someday–as long as I don’t have to manually keep track of it again!
I’m looking for blog hosts in September to help launch “The Button”. Email me at: d.l.finn.author@gmail.com if you are interested! Thanks:)
Embrace your inner child by reading an amazing story! D.L. Finn
This is cool. I think wordpress has a poll add-in that would probably keep track of this for you.
Thanks Eric:) That would be so much easier if they did and I bet they do!
Thanks for sharing this list. You are so diligent Denise. Reminds me of how much I also enjoyed Hercule Poirot!
Thank you Eden! Yes, he was such a great character:)
Great list, Denise!
Thanks Billy!
Most interesting, Denise. And, for all the touting we do for Indie Authors, not one made this list. Hmmmm. Thank you for sharing.
I was thinking the very same thing Jan. I wondered if it would be different now and we might see some indie books on a new list? Or my reason for thinking of doing another list.
I enjoyed the list, Denise! Thanks for sharing it with us.😊💕
Thanks Vashti:) Glad you enjoyed it!
Interesting list, Denise. Fun.
I never thought of the Hobbit as a children’s book though. But then, there’s a part of me that never grew up. Maybe that’s why. 😉 Hugs on the wing!
I read it as a child and it got “Put” there, but I think it can be an adult book, too. I never grew up either…lol Hugs back!
